How to install pneumatic ultra-thin ball valve, how to check after installation?

Pneumatic ultra-thin ball valve can also be called wafer type pneumatic ball valve. It has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, and convenient installation. It is a new type of ultra-short flange pitch ball valve developed by absorbing Italian technology and domestic design. It is connected by a direct connection actuator and has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, low friction resistance, small return difference, stable and reliable action. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station, light industry and other fields to automatically adjust or cut off oil, water, gas, pulp or fibrous fluid.

It is shorter than the ordinary ball valve structure, light weight, easy installation, material saving, good insulation effect. In addition, the valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, reliable sealing, easy opening and closing. It is equipped with a fire-resistant structure, in case of fire, it can still operate reliably and has good sealing.

Preparation of pneumatic ultra-thin ball valve before installation:
1. Ensure that the pipeline is in the coaxial position at the installation position. The two flanges on the pipeline should be kept parallel to confirm that the pipeline can bear the weight of the ball valve itself. If it is not found, the pipeline should be equipped with corresponding support before installation.
2. Confirm whether there are impurities and welding slag in the pipeline, and purge the pipeline.
3, check the nameplate, and fully open and fully closed several times to confirm that the valve can work normally, and then check the details of the valve in detail to ensure that the valve is intact.
4. Remove the protective cover at both ends of the valve, check whether the valve body is clean, and clean the inner cavity of the valve body. Because the sealing surface is spherical, even tiny debris may cause damage to the sealing surface.
Installation:
1, any section can be installed in the upstream end, the handle can be installed in any position of the pipeline, if the configuration of the actuator (such as gear box, electro-pneumatic actuator), it must be installed vertically, the valve inlet and outlet in a horizontal position.
2. A sealing gasket shall be installed between the flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
3. The bolts on the flange shall be tightened symmetrically, successively and evenly.
4. If pneumatic and electric actuators are adopted, the installation of air source and power supply shall be completed according to the instructions.

Inspection after installation:
1. After installation, start the ball valve to open and close several times, it should be flexible, evenly stressed, and the pneumatic pipeline ball valve works normally.
2. According to the design requirements of the pipeline pressure, the sealing performance of the joint surface with the pipeline flange shall be tested after the pressure is passed.
