The electric high-temperature flue gas butterfly valve is a valve specially used for high-temperature flue gas pipelines, mainly used to adjust and cut off the flue gas flow. It is mainly composed of electric actuator, valve body, valve plate, valve stem, valve seat and other parts.
1. Electric actuator: It is the main component that drives the valve switch, and controls the opening and closing of the valve by receiving electrical signals.
2. Valve body: It is the main part of the valve, which mainly bears the pressure and temperature of the medium.
3. Valve plate: It is the switch part of the valve. The channel area of the valve is changed by rotating to adjust the flow.
4. Stem: Connect the valve plate and the electric actuator to transmit the driving torque.
5. Valve seat: It is the sealing part of the valve to ensure the sealing performance of the valve.

1. Before installation, check whether the model and specification of the valve meet the design requirements, and whether the valve body, valve plate, valve seat and other components are intact.
2. When installing, the valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, and be careful not to subject the valve to excessive bending stress.
3. When installing, pay attention to the flow direction of the valve. Generally, the fluid should flow from the top of the valve and flow out from below.
4. When installing, ensure that there is no leakage at the connection between the inlet and outlet of the valve and the pipeline.
5. After installation, a trial run should be carried out to check whether the valve switch is normal and whether there is abnormal sound or vibration.

1. Regularly check whether the various parts of the valve are in good condition. If any damage or wear is found, replace it in time.
2. Regularly lubricate the valve to reduce the wear of moving parts and extend the service life.
3. Regularly clean up the dust and impurities inside the valve to prevent the normal operation of the valve.
4. Regularly switch the valve test, check the valve switch performance is normal.
5. During the use of the valve, if an abnormal situation is found (such as the valve cannot be opened and closed normally, abnormal sound or vibration, etc.), it should be stopped immediately for inspection and maintenance.
